Finishing school in Philippines….or not?

“She wants them to finish schooling in Philippines!”

“My mother wants them to finish schooling…….”

[name of child] wants to finish schooling…..”

These are common reasons for Filipino children NOT being included as migrating dependents (aka “secondary applicants”) in Australian partner visa applications.

Mistakes in your visa application documents? The wrong way!

At Down Under Visa we take mistakes in documents very seriously. We have to! Our job is to manage your Australian visa application, and to see you get a visa grant and be on your way to Australia. Mistakes in documents can lead to serious delays, or worse! If the Case Officer in the Australian Embassy in Manila considers you have made false statements or submitted bogus documents (fake documents) then your visa application may be refused! You may also face a 3 year ban, or even a 10 year ban if they cannot establish your identity.

It’s not! Continue reading

With examples e.g. application for fiancee vs spouse vs defacto visa, use of a tourist visa in process, dependent children (inc. how is and isn’t dependent)….

Choosing a good migration agent ……. and then listening to them!

I’ve had some wonderfully positive comments lately on the BLOG from happy clients who are aware of how much we do for them. It’s great to get positive feedback, and we truly appreciate it.

I think most people these days come to us after doing a great deal of research into what’s out there. They read our Down Under Visa website, and our BLOG website, and the FilipinaWives website. They watch out YouTube Information Series videos, and they watch our Testimonial videos, and at the end of it they can see we’re a serious and dedicated operation and we know what we’re doing.
